About Me
Hi, I’m Beth.
I’m passionate about helping people move with greater freedom, ease and confidence. I understand the frustration of not being able to do the things you love — I first discovered Pilates as a dancer after setbacks caused by injuries, and it completely changed how I relate to and understand my body.
In my classes, you’ll find a welcoming, supportive space, filled with camaraderie and good humour. I teach adaptively, guiding every movement with care and adjusting as needed to your individual needs. Clients often say they enjoy how the classes are varied, gently challenging yet accessible, with instantly noticeable benefits. They leave feeling uplifted and energised, as well as heard and guided accordingly to help them build strength, mobility, and confidence without feeling pressured or rushed.
Whether it’s celebrating milestones, big or small — moving pain-free, being able to get up off the floor, regaining confidence in everyday activities, or simply feeling stronger and more comfortable in your body — my aim is to help you enjoy life fully, present and unhindered.
How can I help you?
Movement is one of the simplest ways to feel fully alive. Imagine stepping into a space where you can breathe, stretch, and move with ease, reconnecting with your body in a way that feels safe and nourishing. Perhaps you know the joy of moving freely, or maybe you’ve felt held back by injury, pain, or negative body image.
Whether your passion is dance, sport, outdoor adventures, gardening, or keeping up with kids or grandkids — or you’re ready to rediscover that joy — classes are friendly, adaptable, and designed for all levels, making it easy and convenient to build a movement habit that fits your week.
Here, you can move at a pace that feels right for you, experience the simple pleasure of strength, balance and confidence, and feel at home in your body again.
How am I qualified to help you?
